How to access my harvest in 2015.

2015: The Year of The Harvest

For those of you who have been reading my newsletters or listening to me on blogtalkradio, you know that 2015 is the year of the harvest. The Lord told me that if we would make a list of our most significant seeds and offer them up as a memorial to Him, He would allow us to experience a 100-fold-blessing on these seeds. An example of the 100-fold harvest can be found in Genesis 26:12-13.

Now Isaac sowed in that land and reaped in the same year a hundredfold.  And the LORD blessed him, and the man became rich, and continued to grow richer until he became very wealthy.

God wants you to receive retro-pay for everything that has been stolen from you (See Proverbs 6:31). As people have gotten a hold of this revelation of restoration, it has been exciting for me to hear the awesome testimonies. Here are some examples:

I planted a seed for 7 year restoration in November–this week I got a new car (with my current job and credit is impossible without God), and just received a call for an interview for a new job. Praise God! Thank you, Prophet.  Just wanted to share what God is doing. God bless you.

So how do I access my harvest?

Some of you are reading this right now and wondering why you haven’t received a harvest on your years of sowing. Or, if you have received a harvest, it definitely hasn’t been a 100 fold harvest. In the parable of the sower, the Lord says something that should be understood when we sow into God’s work:
Listen! A farmer went out to sow his seed. As he was scattering the seed, some fell along the path, and the birds came and ate it up.  Some fell on rocky places, where it did not have much soil. It sprang up quickly, because the soil was shallow. But when the sun came up, the plants were scorched, and they withered because they had no root. Other seed fell among thorns, which grew up and choked the plants, so that they did not bear grain.  Still other seed fell on good soil. It came up, grew and produced a crop, some multiplying thirty, some sixty, some a hundred times.”  Then Jesus said, “Whoever has ears to hear, let them hear.” Mark 4:3-9.

In this parable, Jesus gives us a key to how we can receive a harvest from the seeds we sow. We sow according to the measure that we hear the word of God! Jesus came from an eastern culture. In Jesus’ culture, as opposed to our modern culture, when someone acknowledged that they had heard something – it was more than just listening. Hearing actually means that you have listened to what has been said, you cognitively understand what you have heard, and that you have decided to act on what you have heard.  When Jesus says, “Whoever has ears to hear, let them hear” (Genesis 4:9) – He is actually saying that when you hear the word of the Lord – where prophetically or through His scripture – you should act on what you hear. Furthermore, to the degree that you act on this word, this will be the degree to which you receive a harvest (30, 60, 100 fold).  We don’t receive a harvest because we don’t expect one.

Wrong teaching about money

I have been taught a lot of things about money. Here are some of the most popular sayings I have heard:

  • “You should not give to get”.
  • “If God never gave you anything else, you should be happy.”
  • “You never know how the Lord will bless you.”

All of these sayings sound good don’t they? These saying make the flesh feel good because they provide an explanation for why we may not be experiencing harvest. Unfortunately, none of these sayings are biblical because they contradict Mark 4’s promise for harvest. Around a year ago, the Lord explained something to me that I will share with you. He said to me, “Many people do not receive from Me because they don’t expect Me to do anything. To the degree that people expect from Me, that is the degree to which they receive from Me.”  When the Lord explained this to me, I immediately thought about the 30, 60, and 100 fold harvest. I immediately connected this revelation with Mark 4:24-25:

Consider carefully what you hear, He continued. With the measure you use, it will be measured to you-and even more. Whoever has will be given more; whoever does not have, even what they have will be taken from them.

And then in Mark 4:20 says,

Others, like seed sown on good soil, hear the word, accept it, and produce a crop-some thirty, some sixty, some a hundred times what was sown.

Jesus makes it pretty clear – to the measure that you apply the scripture, that is the measure you will receive the blessings.

So how can I access a harvest on the seeds that I have sown?

I am a firm believer that writing things down is a powerful way the angels of God begin to minister for us (see Habakkuk 2:2-3; Revelations 1:19; Jeremiah 30:2). Although it is a simple concept, writing things down literally starts the course of action for things to come to pass in our life.

To receive your harvest, follow these six steps:

Step 1:Pray to the Lord, and reflect on the most significant seeds that you have sown over the past season.

Step 2: Write those seeds down. Remember the seed does not have to be financial.

Step 3:Offer those seeds up as a memorial to God.

Step 4:Thank God for receiving your seeds.

Step 5:Thank God for your 100 fold harvest.

Step 6:Expect to receive your harvest!

In the scripture, Cornelius received a blessing on the seed he sowed. His giving was received as a memorial to God. Because Cornelius mixed his prayers with his giving, God remembered the seeds that he sowed and Cornelius was blessed. This is a very important concept. Many people pray for money (and that is okay), but the biblical way to receive money is to pray AND give money.

Cornelius stared at him in fear. “What is it, Lord?” he asked. The angel answered, “Your prayers and gifts to the poor have come up as a memorial offering before God

(Acts 10:4).

Finally, the scripture states that our experiences are based on our expectations (Proverbs 23:11).  Whatever you expect you will receive. If you expect negative things to happen to you, that is what you will receive. However if you expect good things to happened to you, good things will begin to come your way. Begin to expect the best! Begin to expect success! Begin to expect harvest and you will receive a harvest – 30, 60, or 100 fold!
